Employee benefits are supposed to make life easier. But using them can mean tracking separate balances, knowing which products qualify and matching each purchase to the right benefit.

Healthy Benefits+ changes that. Using item-level data from a proprietary closed-loop network, it recognizes qualifying products and automatically applies the right funds and discounts at checkout.

Our challenge was to build a brand that could turn that intelligence into the bright spot in an employee's day. We borrowed the small thrills of shopping, from starburst badges to a coupon-shaped app icon. Even reloaded funds arrive with a "Cha-ching!" The plus became a verbal engine for everything the experience adds, from rewards and savings to new perks and healthier choices.

That's a plus.
